Weststone Mortgage is the personal brand of Chad Moore, a mortgage associate licensed with Canada Mortgage Direct. What we collect. When you contact us, submit a form (including lead forms on Facebook or Instagram), use our website chat, or book a call, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and information you choose to share about your home, mortgage, and debts so we can assess whether we can help you.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, assess potential mortgage and debt-consolidation options, and communicate with you about those services. We process your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Alberta privacy law.

SMS / text messaging consent. By submitting your phone number through our forms (including our Facebook/Instagram lead forms) or our website chat, you consent to receive SMS text messages and calls from Weststone Mortgage / Chad Moore relating to your inquiry — including replies, appointment scheduling, and information about mortgage and debt-consolidation options.
